About The Owners
Jason & Kari Cheek
Married in 2017, this husband/wife duo began working together long before tying the knot.
After meeting in Lexington, KY while working for the same industrial service company, these two discovered that their complementary skill sets in problem solving, logistics planning, and systemizing of processes to become steadily better at job tasks led them to become partners in both their personal and professional lives.
Working together diligently to create a successful home inspection company – Rosie Home Inspections – Jason and Kari Cheek became interested in infrared thermal imaging technology when they recognized its unmatched benefits within their day-to-day building investigation tasks in performing residential home inspections.
Now both certified Level 3 Thermographers, Jason and Kari established ThermOptix to bring their passion for thermal investigations into the industrial and commercial realm.
